How do I register as a landlord? +

Click on "Register" and select "Landlord" as your account type. Fill in your details, upload a valid ID, and start listing your properties. Your first listing is free forever — additional listings need a paid plan or a per-listing renewal.

Is there a fee for tenants? +

No — searching, browsing, saving, and messaging landlords are free forever for tenants. An optional monthly Tenant Pass adds saved-search alerts, unlimited saves, a verified badge, and direct landlord contact reveal.

How are properties verified? +

All property listings are reviewed by our team before being published. We verify landlord identities and may request additional documentation for property ownership.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept payments via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money through our secure Paystack integration.

Can I list properties in any state? +

Yes! TekVwa Properties covers all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). You can list properties anywhere in the country.
