Our Story
The idea for TekVwa Properties came together in 2025, born out of a simple goal: make finding and renting properties in Nigeria easier, faster, and more transparent.
We understand the frustrations that come with property hunting in Nigeria - the endless agent fees, the fake listings, and the lack of transparency. That's why we set out to build a platform that puts control back in the hands of tenants and landlords.
In August 2026, that idea became official: TekVwa Properties was fully registered as part of Tekvwa IT Solutions, the technology company behind it. Based in Ughelli, Delta State, we're proud to serve communities across all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT.
