Agreement
These Terms apply to TekVwa Properties (the “Platform”) operated by TekVwa Ltd., Nigeria. By creating an account, listing a property, or using messaging or payments on the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligible use
You must provide accurate identity and contact details where we request them for verification or compliance. Listings and messages must be lawful and must not impersonate others, misrepresent property facts, harass users, or distribute malware.
Subscriptions and fees
Fees are shown during registration/checkout. Renewal, trials, refunds, or billing disputes follow the FAQs and notices we publish at checkout and by email unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Listings & conduct
Landlords submit listings subject to moderator review where enabled. TekVwa Ltd. does not endorse any listing; tenancy and rent terms are principally between landlords and tenants. You keep any copies of tenancy discussions you need—the Platform is not a substitute for qualified legal advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, the Platform is offered “as is.” We exclude liability for indirect losses, loss of profit, or claims arising purely from dealings between landlords and tenants, except where we cannot exclude liability by statute.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page; the Effective date aligns with API metadata from GET /api/legal/summary when published alongside this document.
